ACCESS & SECURITY BADGES:  Security governs access rules.  NO INDIVIDUAL is allowed access to any room, meal, reception, event, or shared mode of transportation without a security/ name badge – no exceptions.  Registration is the only way to generate a security/name badge. All attendees must have pre‐ registered online by July 9, 2019. There will be no on‐site registration or substitution.  All attendees will show photo ID at the registration desk when picking up their security/ name badge. Security/name badges may only be picked up by the person whose name is on the badge and only during registration hours.  State Patrol officers should complete complimentary online registration. When a service member perishes overseas, their remains are flown into Dover for a dignified transfer. A dignified transfer is the process by which, upon the return from the theater of operations to the U.S., the remains of fallen military members are transferred from the aircraft to a waiting vehicle and then to the port mortuary. The Clean Slate Act would automatically seal a person’s record if he or she has been convicted of possession of drugs, including heroin, as well as any nonviolent offense involving marijuana with the intention to eliminate barriers to employment, education and housing that are common for people convicted of crimes.  U.S. Rep.
