Morning ● Visit the Sirjana R Higher Secondary School for the Deaf ○ Tour the school and interact with the students Afternoon ● Explore the World Peace Pagoda. The hike across the lake to the Pagoda gives you spectacular ​ ​ views of the area. Engage in a group talk about local culture and religion at the Pagoda Evening ● Debrief and Facilitated Discussion about the No Barriers Life Elements ● Overnight at Trek-O-Tel ​ Day 5, June 7 Jomsom, Nepal

Morning ● Transfer to airport for flight to Jomsom, Nepal Afternoon ● Arrive in Jomsom and have the afternoon to explore the town while adjusting to your first high-altitude site (elevation of 8,900’) ○ In town you can visit a local monastery, explore the local museum or meet local students at a youth hostel. Evening ● Get to know a NB Ambassador: Erik’s No Barriers Story and Group Discussion ● Overnight at Om’s House ​ Day 6, June 8 Jomsom, Nepal

Morning/Afternoon ● Breakfast at the hotel ● Depart for an amazing experience in the Thini village, and begin your trek to Dhumba Lake. ○ Dhumba Lake is known for is sacred statues - Locals make the pilgrimage to pay their respects and ask for a blessing ○ Hike is approximately 3 hours each way Evening ● Reflection activity with your No Barriers Expedition Leaders ● Overnight at Om’s House ​ Day 7, June 9 Kagbeni, Nepal

Morning/Afternoon ● Enjoy breakfast and Hike onward to Kagbeni (9,240’) ○ Kagbeni is the last village before entering the restricted area and sits on the shores of the Kali . ○ Hike is approx. 3 hours, horseback is also available ● Enjoy the afternoon exploring the semi-walled town of Kagbeni Evening ● Get to know a NB Ambassador: Bill’s No Barriers Story and Group Discussion ● Overnight at Asia Guest House ​ Day 8, June 10 Kagbeni, Nepal

Morning/Afternoon ● Enjoy breakfast and prepare for an amazing hike to (12,140’) ○ Muktinath is one of the holiest sites on the planet for Hindus and Buddhist. Pass by many temples, shrines, stupas and Buddhas on your hike up ○ Option to Hike or ride Horseback ● Return back to Kagbeni enlightened Evening

Morning ● Breakfast in the morning and prepare to fly back to Pokhara. Afternoon ● Weather permitting visit the Pema Ts’al Sakya Monastery Evening ● Get to know a NB Ambassador: Gretchen’s No Barriers Story and Group Discussion ● Overnight at Trek-O-Tel ​ Day 12, June 14 Kathmandu, Nepal

Morning ● Breakfast and morning flight to Kathmandu Afternoon ● Guided walking tour of Bhaktapur ○ Visit the Royal Burbar Square ○ Have time to shop for souvenirs Evening

● Overnight at Hotel Tibet ​ Day 13, June 15 Kathmandu, Nepal

Morning ● After breakfast spend a full day with students from the Abilis Foundation. The Abilish foundation promotes accessible tourism for people that are blind/visually impaired and those with physical disabilities ○ Full day interaction with the students Evening ● Closing Ceremony ● Overnight at Hotel Tibet ​

Day 14, June 16 TRAVEL DAY

Morning ● Depart Kathmandu China Southern #6068 @11:40am - arrive Guangzhou @6:15pm ● Depart Guangzhou China Southern #327 @9:30pm - arrive LAX @7:40pm ● Overnight in LA

Day 15, June 17 TRAVEL DAY

Morning ● Continue flight home
