BINALOT FIESTA FOODS is an 18-year old all-Pinoy fastfood chain that offers classic Filipino fare wrapped in banana leaves in traditional local fashion. Its menu is composed of various favorite meals such as adobo, tapa, bistek, tocino, bangus, and the like, all atop steaming hot rice and garnished with appetizing sidings of salted egg and tomato. From a humble stall in Shaw Boulevard, we have grown today to almost 50 stores and have become a major brand that appeals to a wide range of consumers who crave for the familiar but world-class Filipino cuisine.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferably related to Marketing, Business, Commerce or Hotel and Restaurant Management With at least 2-3 years work experience in the food and beverage business, preferred but not required 21-32 years old Candidate must be driven, target-oriented, able to work and meet pre- determined milestones with minimal supervision Confident in both oral and written communication skills Highly organized Must have strong interpersonal skills

Qualifications:
A graduate of Bachelor of Science Major in Accountancy, BS Commerce, or Business Management With at least 2-3 years work experience in Accounting, preferred but not required 21-32 years old Ability to prepare financial statements Candidate must be driven, target-oriented, able to work and meet pre- determined milestone with minimal supervision Confident in both oral and written communication skills Highly organized Must have strong interpersonal skills

Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management or any business-related course 24-32 years old Height must be at least 5’2” for female, 5’6” for male Preferably with at least 1 year supervisory experience in the food and beverage industry Confident in both oral and written communication skills Able to conceptualize and implement sales and marketing strategies Able to lead and drive results from the team With strong personal relations skills
