It's back we go to Clayhanger for this month's photo which BROWNHILLS ARCHIVES depicts the Clayhanger Villa soccer team of 1932-33. It must have been some team, by the impressive display of tro phies they've gathered, but I won der if anyone can tell us which cups they were and help name some of the players and committee. The photo is supplied by Mrs. I. Dalton of Clayhanger where father is second left on the back row and, a fact I can confirm because it is my grandfather, Tom Wright. Other names we have got are: Back row: Ernie Lote, Tom Wright, Mr.Lees, Joe Doram. Next row down: Ron Jones, Stan Newman, ?, Newman,?,?,?,?, Arthur Tennant, ? Wood, A Tennant. Bottom row: Only Joe Richards recognised. Sitting: M. Myatt, Mr. Wood. If you can help with more infor mation ring Brian on Brownhills 372491. Our old friend Mr. Doug Birch rang in with a mine of information, including naming the missing scout on last month's picture, as Bill Bird. Doug remembered all the lads in the group and the whereabouts of some of them to this day.
