CONSULTATION

(1) A client discusses his/her matter with us. (2) Submit photo copies of required documents relating to a property which he/she wants to buy. (3) Shares further information relating to that property. (4) Acts as per our instruction.

SEARCHING

We conduct 3D searching to verify a Property (Land/Flat) (1) Searching at Registration Oﬃces. (2) Searching at Local BL&LRO Oﬃce. (3) Searching at Courts of Law.

DEED DRAFTING

(1) After getting a report of searching we contact the client. (2) We share & discuss the searching report with the client. (3) After getting ﬁnal conﬁrmation from the client we start Drafting deed as per client’s requirement.

DEED CHECKING

(1) Once Deed is ready we send the drafted copy of the Deed to the client and request him/her to go through the Deed. (2) If there is any typing error or any correction is required, we take necessary steps accordingly.

REGISTRATION

(1) After correction when the Final Deed is ready to be registered, we generate a Query in respect of that property. (2) We send the Final Deed along with the Query Slip to the Registration office and ask the client to appear before the office on a specific date for Registration.

MUTATION

As per request of the Client we guide and provide assistance to the client in order to Mutated/Recorded his/her name the in respect of a Property at the :- (1) BL&LRO Oﬃce and (2) Municipal Authority.
