Sukkur – According to latest hydrological conditions, River Indus at Sukkur is likely to attain High to Very High Flood Level ranging between 600,000 to 700,000 cusecs from 16 September 2014 to 17 September 2014. 3. Under this condition, Districts Muzaffargarh, Rahim Yar Khan, Rajanpur, Jacobabad, Shikarpur, Ghotki and Sukkur are likely to be inundated. Meteorological Features  Yesterday’s Monsoon Low over South Uttar Pradesh (India) has become insignificant.  A Shallow Trough of westerly wave lies over Northern parts of the country. NFI/Emergency Shelters PREPARED distributed 4,427 NFI Kits in Jacobabad and 4,200 NFI Kits for 4,200 Households in Karak & Bannu for NWA IDPs and will be distributing 3,600 Emergency Shelters to NWA IDPs families. These projects were and being funded by Caritas Germany & Catholic Relief Services.
