BIOGRAPHIES

Eddie M. Bazzett (Lurch) is a senior who previously appeared as Chef Louis in The Little Mermaid, Eugene in Grease and in the Ensemble in The Boyfriend. He snowboards with Ski Club and enjoys drawing. Eddie has been on High Honor Roll since sixth grade; he is a member of National Honor Society and is ranked fourth in his class. Outside of school, Eddie works at Wegmans. He plans to attend RIT or Clarkson for business related to the entertainment industry.

Sophie Bazzett (Wednesday Addams) is a junior who was cast as a Seagull/Maid in The Little Mermaid and Sheila in Grease. She plays flute in Band, Flute Ensemble, Jazz Band, Marching Band and Pep Band; she sings in Chorus, Women’s Ensemble and Small Group Ensemble. She has been selected for All- County Band and All-County Chorus every year since fifth grade. Sophie snowboards with Ski Club and is a member of the Math Team and Brainstormers. A High Honor Roll student, Sophie is a member of National Honor Society and class Vice-President. She would like be an elementary or special education teacher.

Tyler Brabant (Puritan) is a sophomore who is making his stage debut this year. Last year, he was in the stage crew for The Little Mermaid. An Honor Roll student, he plays flute in Band and is a member of Ski Club. He participates in Cross Country and Indoor/Outdoor Track. Outside of school, Tyler enjoys running in many 5K events. His future plans include attending college for law enforcement.

Olivia Carpino (Grandma) is a junior who performed as a Seagull/Maid in The Little Mermaid and in the Ensemble in Grease. Since fourth grade, she has played saxophone in Band and sung in Chorus, and she has been selected for All-County Chorus since eighth grade. She also sings in Women’s Ensemble and Small Group Ensemble. Olivia has taken dance classes for 14 years and has recently started voice lessons. She participates in Brainstormers, Math Club, Ski Club and Spanish Club. A High Honor Roll student, Olivia is a member of National Honor Society. She would like to go to college for music education.

MacKenna Carson (Nurse) is a senior who was cast as Adela in The Little Mermaid, a member of the Ensemble in The Boyfriend and Cha-Cha in Grease. She sings in Chorus and Women’s Ensemble and participates in Varsity Cheer. She plans to attend Roberts Wesleyan College for nursing.

Emma Efing (Soldier) is a sophomore who was cast as Flotsam in The Little Mermaid, a Munchkin in The Wizard of Oz and Susan in White Christmas. She plays flute in Band, Flute Ensemble, Jazz Band and Marching Band; she sings in Chorus, Women’s Ensemble and Small Group Ensemble and has been selected for All-County Chorus. A High Honor Roll student, Emma is a member Math Club and Brainstormers. Outside of school, Emma has achieved the Advanced Brown Belt in karate. She would like to be a teacher.

Hannah Foote (Indian) is a sophomore who made her debut as a member of the Ensemble in The Little Mermaid. She sings in Chorus and participates in Brainstormers. She received the Academic Success in Art Award and was elected Class Secretary. Outside of school, she is active in Girl Scouts and earned the Bronze Award. After high school, Hannah would like to go to art school.

Brenden Gardner (Sailor) is a senior who was cast as the Pilot in The Little Mermaid. He has been singing in chorus since fourth grade and has been selected for All-County four times. A High Honor Roll student, he is a member of National Honor Society and Senior Class Salutatorian. He received the Award for Academic Excellence in Spanish 4. Brenden is a member of Debate Club, Math Team and Brainstormers. Outside of school, he is an active Boy Scout and recently earned the rank of Eagle Scout. He is also a Freemason at Eunice Lodge #830. Brenden plans to attend either SUNY Geneseo or RIT for clinical psychology.

Peyton Heesch (Uncle Fester) is a junior who has been doing musical theater since sixth grade. Previously, he was cast as Scuttle in The Little Mermaid and Roger in Grease. Peyton is a music enthusiast who has had formal instruction on the baritone horn and is self-taught on the piano. He is a member of the Western New York Tech Academy, and he is an amateur film producer. Peyton plans to attend GCC and transfer to a 4-year college.

Hayley Jennings (Flapper) is a junior who made her debut as a Chef in The Little Mermaid. A High Honor Roll student, she is a member of Spanish Club, Debate Club and Math Team. Hayley’s future plans include pursuing a career in medicine.

Kaylin Keenan (Morticia Addams) is a senior who was previously cast as Allana in The Little Mermaid and as a member of the Ensemble in The Boyfriend and Grease. In the fall, she was cast as Helena in the Senior Play production of A Midsummer Night’s Bachelor. She sings in Chorus and used to play trombone in Band. She participates in Ski Club, Spanish Club, Soccer and Softball and was recognized as a Scholar Athlete. She has been elected Class Treasurer every year since sixth grade. A member of National Hour Society, Kaylin plans to attend Nazareth College for occupational therapy.

Nellie Marie Klemann (Puritan) is a junior who is making her debut in musical theater. She participates in Brainstormers, Math Team, Track, Yearbook and Chess Club. After high school, Nellie plans to go to college and foresees a future that includes many dogs and cats and more musical theater.

Sebastian Kresge (Caveman) is a sophomore was cast as the Court Herald in The Little Mermaid. He is on High Honor Roll and participates in Varsity Soccer and Indoor/Outdoor Track. Sebastian’s long-range plans include attending college for something in the medical field and playing for a college soccer team.

Manny Monegro () is a junior who appeared as Sebastian in The Little Mermaid, as Doody in Grease, and as a member of the Ensemble in The Boyfriend. He plays trombone in Band and Jazz Band and is a member of the Math Team. Outside of school, Manny is active is his church and is part of DYMA (Dynamic Youth Music Art). A High Honor Roll student, Manny’s future plans include studying forensic engineering at the University of Buffalo.

Rowan Nothnagle (Mal Beineke) is a sophomore who was cast as Grimsby in The Little Mermaid. He has also performed with the Avon Community Theater as Cronie #1 in Beauty and the Beast and as General Genghis Kahn Schmitz in Seussical. He has sung in Chorus and played trombone in Band since fourth grade. He also performs with Small Group Ensemble, was selected for All-County Chorus several times and All-County Jazz band last year. Rowan participates in Soccer, Ski Club, Math Team and Chess Club. Outside of school, he also does karate. A High Honor Roll student, Rowan is enrolled in the Accelerated College Enrollment/Science, Technology, Engineering and Math Program at Genesee Community College. After high school, he plans to study chemical engineering.

Amber Pike (Alice Beineke) is a senior who was cast as Atina in The Little Mermaid, Rizzo in Grease, a Munchkin in The Wizard of Oz and Gretl in The Sound of Music. She plays saxophone in Band, sings in Chorus and Small Group Ensemble and was selected to participate in All-County Chorus. Amber is a member of National Honor Society, Math Team, LAVA Volleyball Club and was recognized as a Scholar Athlete. Outside of school, she works two part-time jobs. After graduation, she plans to attend the University of Buffalo for Pharmacology.

Allison Raymond (Bride) is a junior who was cast as a Seagull/Maid in The Little Mermaid and as a member of the Ensemble in Grease. She sings in Chorus, Women’s Ensemble and Small Group Ensemble and plays flute in Band, Flute Ensemble, Jazz Band and Marching Band; she has been selected for All-County Band and All-County Chorus several times. Allison participates in Indoor/Outdoor Track, Varsity Volleyball, Math Team, and Brainstormers. Outside of school, she takes dance classes and enjoys horseback riding. A High Honor Roll student, Allison is a member of National Honor Society. She would like to go to college to become a general physician.

Abigail Richter (Clown) is a sophomore who was cast as a Princess in The Little Mermaid. She sings in Chorus, Women’s Ensemble and Small Group Ensemble. She also participates in Track, Soccer, Spanish Club and Math Team. A High Honor Roll student, Abby is enrolled in the Accelerated College Enrollment/Science, Technology, Engineering and Math Program at Genesee Community College. Abby’s future plans include going to college.

Jacob Rychlicki (Lucas Beineke) is a junior who was cast as Prince Eric in The Little Mermaid, Johnny Casino/Teen Angel in Grease, a member of the Ensemble in The Boyfriend, and a Munchkin in The Wizard of Oz. He has also performed in several Avon Community Theatre and Batavia Players productions. Jake has sung in Chorus and played trumpet in Band since fourth grade, and he has been selected for several All-County Music Festivals for both. He was elected Treasurer for the Class of 2020 and is a member of Spanish Club, Varsity Soccer and Tennis. Jake was selected to represent CMCS at three Leadership Conferences. In his senior year, Jake hopes to attend college for music education.

Lily Snyder (Saloon Girl) is a junior who was cast as a Princess in The Little Mermaid. She sings in Chorus and Small Group Ensemble. She enjoys participating in Volleyball and Outdoor Track. A High Honor Roll student, Lily would like to attend college for art education.

Sam Urriza () is a junior who was cast as Flounder in The Little Mermaid. He sings in Chorus and Small Group Ensemble and was selected for All-County Chorus (bass) this year; he plays flute in Band and Flute Ensemble and guitar in Jazz Band. Sam participates in Cross Country and Indoor/Outdoor Track. He is a member of Yearbook, Math Team, Tech Club and Student Council. A High Honor Roll student, Sam volunteers his time to tutor other students. Sam is planning to pursue a career as a physical therapist.

Megan Welch (Flight Attendant) is a senior who was cast as a Princess in The Little Mermaid and as a member of the Ensemble in The Boyfriend and Grease. She sings in Chorus and takes Musical Theater class. Megan is Student Council President as well as a member of National Honor Society, Spanish Club and Math Team. She is Senior Class Valedictorian and has earned Citizen of the Year (Spring 2018) and the Robert Freeman Award (Fall 2018). After graduation, she will study biology at Binghamton.

Katelyn Zehler is a sophomore who is making her stage debut this year. She plays flute in Band, Flute Ensemble, Jazz Band and Marching Band. Outside of school, Katie volunteers at CHS Mobile Integrated Healthcare (Chili/Henrietta/Scottsville/Caledonia Ambulance). A High Honor Roll student, Katie plans to attend college to pursue a career in a medical field.

Bernie Bazzett (Pit Orch-Saxophone) is a freshman who plays saxophone in Band, Jazz Band and Pit Band. He is a member of Ski Club. A High Honor Roll student, Bernie is a member of National Junior Honor Society. His future plans include going to a college in the Midwest for engineering.

Tanner Nothnagle (Pit Orch-Drumset) is a senior who has worked behind the scenes for many years. He started out running spotlights, the soundboard and the lightboard. More recently he has played drum set in the Pit Band. He also plays drums in Jazz Band. Tanner is a member of National Honor Society and the Tennis team. Outside of school, he enjoys karate. After graduation, Tanner plans to attend FLCC for Music Recording Technology.

Timothy Turner (Pit Orch-Bass) is a junior who has played guitar in the Pit Band for The Little Mermaid and Grease. He also plays piano. A member of National Honor Society, Tim is also on the Tennis team. Outside of school, he enjoys spending time with his dog. Tim would like to pursue a career as a musician.

Production Staff

TERRY FYKE (Director) is a dancer, choreographer, and theatrical educator, who envisions her work in the humanities and performing arts field as a "call to action". She is the Founder and Artistic Director of Main Street Players Theater Company, committed to incorporating artistic excellence within children and young adults. With more than 20 years' experience in the performing arts industry, Terry has collaborated and created works across many genres. In early 1995, she founded a performing arts school incorporating theater, dance and theatrical education under the names, Terry Fyke Dance of the Arts and currently Main Street Players where she produces and directs 8 to 10 shows yearly. For over 11 years, she taught various dance programs at the Wellness Center of the Rochester Institute of Technology. Terry is the Artistic Director of the Norman Howard School Drama program and directs several productions at STAGES along with other high school and community productions. She has worked with such artists as Thomas Warfield, Elizabeth Clark, Garth Fagan and the Botsford School of Dance. She has studied dance at SUNY Brockport and holds a B.A. in Dance and Musical Theater from SUNY Empire State College.

CHERYL TOYAMA (Music Director) has operated her own music studio in Churchville for 40 years where she is a private instructor of voice and piano. A graduate of the Eastman School of Music in Music Education, she is also a vocal soloist. As the Director of Music at the First Congregational Church of Riga she works with many musical groups from the youngest cherubs to Senior Choir and Worship Band. Cheryl has been the vocal director for many productions with Gates Community Theater, Roberts Wesleyan College Community Theater, Main Street Players Theater Company, Everyone’s Theater Company- Victor Summer Stage, and Gates STAR camp. She served as the music director for Gates Recreation’s Spotlight, Brightspots and Sparkles Theatre Mini-Camps. Thrilled once again to vocal direct a CMCS musical, she has played supplemental keyboard in the pit orchestra twice and volunteered in many CMCS and Churchville-Chili music activities through the years.

LANI TOYAMA HOSKINS (Choreographer) is honored to work once again with the fantastic students and teachers at Caledonia- Mumford. Mrs. Hoskins is the choreographer for Blackfriars Theatre Summer Intensive musicals (Wedding Singer, Grease, and ) in Rochester along with other choreography credits that include A Chorus Line and The Producers at Spotlight Studios. Lani has performed and worked with many arts organizations in the Rochester area including Roberts Wesleyan Community Theater, Gates Community Theater, RAPA, JCC CenterStage, Rochester Children’s Theatre and Blackfriars Theatre. She attended Ithaca College and graduated with a degree in Vocal Performance. After working four years for Disney Cruise Lines on the ships the Disney Wonder and Disney Magic as a mainstage principle soloist, singer, dancer and vocal captain, she returned to Rochester where she is presently an adjunct Professor of Voice at Nazareth College and a private voice and piano teacher and vocal director at Spotlight Studios for the Performing Arts. She and her husband Danny are the proud parents of 16-month-old Phoebe who has enjoyed every bit of the Addams Family rehearsals!

KAYLA YENG (Assistant Director) is the Assistant/Technical Director for Main Street Players Theater Company. She has been involved in the performing arts since 2003, participating in shows under Main Street Players and Roberts Wesleyan Community Theater. In 2009, she began interning under Terry Fyke and continues to work with her today. The media manager at STAGES in Rochester, Kayla is also involved in their theatrical productions. A Caledonia graduate where she was very involved in the choral program and musical productions, she is exhilarated about the opportunity to work with students in the arts at her alma mater.

MATTHEW TROST (Pit Orchestra Director) is the Middle and High School Band Director. He has taught at Cal-Mum for 20 years. He started on percussion and branched out to low brass when he was a junior in High School at Hilton Central School. Matthew earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education from Roberts Wesleyan College and earned his Master’s Degree from SUNY Brockport. Matthew performed two years with the World Champion Empires Statesmen Drum and Bugle Corp. He also served his country for 8 years with the 98th Division Army Reserve Band. Matthew has had many performance opportunities with the Roberts Wesleyan College Community Orchestra and with Westside Theater productions. Matthew resides in Brockport with his wife of 21 years, Michelle and three boys, Isaac, Connor and David.

THOMAS TOYAMA (Producer) studied Music Education and clarinet at the Eastman School of Music where he received both his Bachelors and Master’s degrees. Caledonia-Mumford Elementary School’s instrumental music teacher, he has also taught band in the Middle and High Schools during his 41 years in the CMCS district. He has been listed in Who’s Who Among America’s Teachers, conducted All- Counties in Monroe, Genesee and Livingston counties along with Peterborough, Ontario, Canada, and is a private instructor of woodwinds, brass, and ukulele. Thomas has directed pit orchestras for Cal-Mum, as well as Gates Community Theater, Roberts Wesleyan College Community Theatre, Westside Theatre Productions, and Everyone’s Theatre Company-Victor Summer Stage. He has been lighting and sound designer for over 100 productions including shows at Caledonia, STAGES, Norman Howard School, Main Street Players Theater Company, and the Home School Academy. In a few months he and his wife Cheryl will celebrate their 42nd anniversary. They are the proud parents of Eric, Ryan, and Lani, and grandparents of Grace, Owen, and Phoebe.
