Jesse Ottele started the office of Newmark Knight Frank in August 2016 as an Executive Managing Director, bringing with him 17 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to NKF, he was a Senior Vice President at CBRE, where he provided landlord and tenant advisory services throughout the Puget Sound Region. Prior to getting into the commercial real estate arena, Jesse played collegiate baseball for California Lutheran University from 1994- 1996. In 1996, CLU finished runner-up in the NCAA Division III college world series.

Jesse is involved the commercial real estate organization, NAIOP where he dedicates his time to the annual NAIOP Mentor-Mentee program advising your business people getting started in the areas of commercial real estate since 2012. Additionally, Jesse won Office Broker of the Year from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) in 2011 and 2014 and was a finalist in 2013 and 2015. He was named a Costar Power Broker in 2003-200- & 2010-2016. Additionally he was selected as a 40 under 40 by the Puget Sound Business Journal in 2013.

Jesse is also a Co-Chair for the annual Cancer Research Center, Hutch Award Luncheon that recognizes the player who best exemplifies the fighting spirit and competitive desire of the legendary leader, Fred Hutchinson. With Jesse’s involvement, this annual event has raised over $2.7 million since 2013. Additionally, Jesse Co-Chair’s the annual Cystic Fibrosis golf tournament that has net proceeds of over $1.1 million over the last 5 years to help with the fight against Cystic Fibrosis.
