ALHAARTH BAHRI ELNADIM INTIKHAB HAATEF MARJU TAMAYUZ Happy New Year’s day for ELNADIM……

G2 winner CULMINATE

ELNADIM got off to a flying start in 2009 when CULMINATE took the G2 Rich Hill Mile on New Year’s Day at Ellerslie in New Zealand. CULMINATE welcomed in the New Year when she beat Listed winner Sircross, while last year’s winner Fiscal Madness finished down the field. CULMINATE has shown out- standing consistency throughout her career and richly deserved her first stakes success. She has now won seven races and was second in April’s G1 Breeders Stakes at Te Aroha and was third in Ellerslie’s G1 Easter Handicap. She is trained by Stephen McKee and was ridden by lady jockey Samantha Spratt. She took an early lead and wearing blinkers for the first time, found that little bit extra in the closing stages to come home a length and a half in front. She is likely to be aimed at the G1 Thorndon Mile at the end of January, where she may meet the runner up again. ACCARDO also by Elnadim, won the valuable $55,000 New Zealand Herald Newmarket Handicap at the same track on the 26th December.

ELNADIM had a fantastic season in 2008, which would explain why he has been inundated with applica- tions for the 2009 Breeding Season. His son ELNAWIN broke the two year old track record at Kempton when he won the G3 Sirenia Stakes. Prior to this, he won the valuable Doncaster £300,000 St Leger Year- ling Stakes when beating the useful Bonnie Charlie (Intikhab) by two lengths. PASAR SILBANO annihi- lated the field in the Sportsman's’ Challenge over six furlongs at the Curragh after she had previously landed the Listed Stakes at the Curragh in July and had also been placed in Listed company. Another daughter of Elnadim, homebred ALMASS, won the Listed Navigations Stakes and Listed Knockaire Stakes, landing both races by a very impressive four lengths.

Other notable stakes winners and performers by Elnadim in 2008 included ALLELUJA ANGEL, AL QASI, ELLETELLE, WI DUD, THE BLUE GOD, BABY WOOD etc….
