Retail or discount grocery or supermarket (by way of example only, and not limitation: Dahl’s, Fareway, Albertson’s, Kroger, Safeway, Price Chopper, Aldi, Trader Joes, Whole Foods Market, Gateway Market);

Financial services, namely: banking; retail banking; deposit services; financial investment in the field of securities; investment advisory; investment consultation services; extending consumer and industrial loans to others; commercial lending; servicing loans and extensions of credit; real estate lending; mortgage financing and mortgage servicing; providing venture capital to others; insurance and trust services, offered over the telephone, over a global computer network, and through traditional banking means, namely in person and/or through automated teller machines.
RESTRICTIONS RUN WITH LAND. The use restrictions imposed by this instrument constitute covenants running with the land and, as such, will be binding upon the owners from time-to-time of the Restricted Parcel and their respective heirs, successors and assigns.
