IMPROVEMENT/FOCUS FOR SEASON 2016 We’ll be looking for continued improvement in on-field performance in all age groups. We’re also looking forward to the appointment of a ju- nior coaching co-ordinator to assist with a more consistent approach to coaching drills and education of junior coaches. Many of this year’s Under 18.5s will be transitioning into open-age football, ensuring we maintain our home-grown talent. Our focus for next season and beyond is for con- tinual improvement for all sides both on and off the field, the implemen- tation of a Youth Girls side, the implementation of a second Under 18.5s side, to strengthen the financial position of the club and continue to grow our brand as good community citizens.

KEY HIGHLIGHTS – SENIORS It was a very satisfying season, with seniors, reserves and Under 18.5s all featuring in finals. The coaching staff have signed for another three years, meaning stability for the playing group and the club overall. We contin- ued to have strong numbers at training throughout the season. Four play- ers were named in the Division 1 Team of the Year: Daniel Willcocks, Bilal Allouch, Tamer Abdallah and Robbie Mullen. Clayton Campbell was a runner-up in the Under 18.5 Division 1 League Best-and-Fairest. Again we ensured a continual focus on performance and transition of our junior players into senior football.

KEY HIGHLIGHTS – JUNIORS Congratulations to our Under 14 Division 5 team in winning the premier- ship, the only one for the club for 2015. Five of our seven junior teams featured in finals. The support of the senior playing group in attendance at junior training during the season was outstanding. Our Under 16s were promoted to Division 1. Our junior B&F winners presented to the wider club at the club presentation night. This year our junior players enjoyed themselves and had fun and developed their skill level.
