Requirements: * Development of a play that will be suitable for primary school learners that will portray the following values: Respect, human rights, child rights, responsibilities, fairness and appreciating the differences of others. * Development of play that will be suitable for secondary school learners that will portray the following values: Human rights and responsibilities, equality and fairness, non-racism, non-sexism, ubuntu (human dignity), the importance of debating, discussion and critical thoughts as opposed to responding to violence. * Age appropriate languages and humour must be used in both plays. * The duration of the plays must be 40Ð45 minutes. * The play for Primary schools must be performed at 14 primary schools in Alexandra and 8 primary schools in Ivory Park. * The play for secondary learners must be performed at 5 secondary schools in Alexandra and 3 secondary schools in Ivory Park. * The group should lead a discussion on the plays for up to 15 minutes after the plays. * The producer must be able to deliver within the delivery dates to be discussed once the service provider has been engaged. * They must be able to produce in open air and not on a stage. * They must be able to provide their own transport. * The producer must be able to produce their own sound system and lighting that may be needed for the production of the plays. * Primary and Secondary School Plays will be previewed by District Officials before first delivery date. * The producers will be required to provide a brief on the content of the plays and how each will be approached before the play is developed.
