GENERAL INFORMATION • The Cove is reserved for kids between the ages of 4 - 12 • Each child must have a completed registration form and waiver on file • All children must be fully potty-trained and no longer in diapers/pull-ups • Children need to be checked in and out of The Cove by a parent or adult on the release form (parent must show ID); children ages 10 - 12 may sign themselves in and out of The Cove with prior parental permission • All sessions require a reservation to guarantee a spot in any of the sessions • Cancellation policy: A refund will only be given if the reservation is canceled 24 hrs in advance • A late fee of $15 will be charged for every 15 minutes past pick-up time • Photos will be taken of the child and parent for security purposes • Cubbies are provided for all participating children • The Cove is an Adult-Free Zone • NO OUTSIDE FOOD, GUM or DRINKS, besides water, are allowed in facility • Footwear MUST be worn to enter The Cove • Late Night Fun for ages 4 - 12 from 9:30pm - 11pm offered on occasion – please inquire for details • Monthly Teen Nights and sessions are available for ages 13 - 17 offered on occasion – please inquire for details

COVID-19 INFORMATION • Children wash hands immediately upon arrival • Hand sanitizer is provided and children must frequently wash hands • All surfaces will be cleaned after each session
