1 Our day shift is from 08: 00 am to 05: 00 pm and evening shift is from 06:00 pm to 11:55 pm. Venue must be vacated by 05:00 pm for any event on day shift and by 11:55 pm for any event on evening shift. 2 Booking Guest/ Client / Host have to complete the function of evening shift within 11:55 pm (Midnight). After 12:00 pm mid night if host/client wants to stay, he /she needs to pay Tk. 20,000.00 (Twenty thousand) per hour as late night charge. It should not be continued more than 02 hours. Host / client should inform Spectra Authority about over stay (After 12:00 pm) one day before the function. 3 Outside food will not be allowed at spectra convention centre Limited. 4 Booking Guest / Client / Host shall pay the advance booking money to Spectra Convention Centre Ltd of Tk. 75, 000.00 by cash/cash cheque (It will non refundable if the program cancel within 25 days of the event). 5 Event may be canceled by the Guest / Client / Host of the program before 25 days of the event, then Tk. 25, 000.00 will be deducted from the Advance booking money. 6 Confirmation, requirements & Booking Money of the event must be paid at least 07 days after the request of booking / enquiry for Social Program/ Official Program. 7 Postponed Event may be re-scheduled before 25 Days of the event without any penalty subject to availability of date. 8 Event may be cancelled in writing by the Guest / Client / Host without any penalty at any time before 45 days of the programme. 9 Full amount of the total bill must be paid before 03 days of the event for any kind of Social Program. For official event 75% of total bill should be paid before 03 days of the event and rest bill should be paid within 15 days after completion of the program. 10 If you like to pay the bill by Credit Card than we will charge additional 2.5% of total bill. 11 Host shall require to compensate for any loss or damage of Spectra’s property as per the market price. 12 Spectra Convention Centre neither has the license nor sell alcoholic beverage. However, license holders or foreign citizens may bring alcoholic beverage at their own responsibility. 13 An amount of Tk. 12, 000.00 shall be charged as heavy electric charge, if the client brings additional sound and light system from outside. 14 Drivers are not allowed for taking food inside Spectra Convention Centre. 15 An amount of Tk. 10,000.00 shall be charged as maintenance & cleaning charge for any floral decoration by outside decorator, which is not applicable if decoration is taken from Spectra. If the required hall is occupied due to another daylong programme up to 05:00pm, in that case we shall give required space outside the main hall for preparation of the floral decoration. 16 Guest are requested to take care of their respective personal belongings such as Mobile Phone, Purse, Money, Ornaments etc and Spectra shall not be liable for the Loss of the same. 17 Band Party, any kinds of fire works and musical play outside of the hall will not be allowed by the management of Spectra Convention Centre ltd. 18 Guests are not allowed in the Kitchen and Pantry area during service time. 19 Please be informed that the Menu, No’s of Guest, Sitting Arrangements and Additional Requirements should be settled before 03 Days of the Function. Amendments will not be accepted by the Management of Spectra if time is less than 36 Hours of beginning of your Function. 20 Dinner to be served from 09:00 pm to 11:00 pm. After 11:30 pm kitchen will be closed/No food will be served.
