Our company Filomena Coletta’s Azienda Agricola Casino Re was established around an ancient farmstead with over 3,200 olive trees of the local Itrana cultivar planted on 14 hectares. The olive grow on hillsides with a predominantly southern exposure, and produce an excellent olive oil with medium to intense fruitiness, a perfect complement to any traditional dish. Harvesting takes place with compressed-air mechanical equipment, and the oil is extracted thanks to a continuous-cycle system within 24 hours of harvesting.
