Of the 25 years Heinz has worked as chef in 8 countries and 4 continents, last 14 years of this have been in managerial position. He spent his time learning and experiencing the different cultures and cuisines of wherever he worked. Heinz has added the insights of his travels to his already expansive knowledge of traditional European cooking resulting in a vibrant, fresh and electric style what is all his own.

He has been successful in integrating multiple cultures and dynamically developing local national to their next level or positions.

Currently the Pre-opening Executive Chef of One Park, Oakwood Premier and Oakwood Residence, Phnom Penh Cambodia, after moving on from the Shangri-La Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.

Heinz is responsible for the overall kitchen, quality of food operations for the creative drive for new concepts and menus. He also makes use of his talents as an excellent teacher by handling the Chef’s training for the Hotel’s team. The classes that he implements range from the very simple (basic vegetable cuts and cooking techniques & as well basic hygiene) to the complex and specialized.
