Within KQ’s Corporate Quality, Safety and Environment section is the Quality Assurance function.

They ensure that the airline complies to Kenya Civil Aviation Regulations (KCARs), International Aviation Standards as well as its own standards.

KQ conducts risk-based audits of its management systems, operations, training and operational security functions at planned intervals as per the approved audit schedule.

These risk-based audits include; quality inspections, quality audits and monitoring of corrective actions per the nonconformance procedure.
