Main Issue: The Inspector concludes that, although the imposition of the disputed condition is relevant to planning, it is not relevant to the development that has been permitted. In particular, it seeks to remedy a pre-existing problem elsewhere by securing the removal of the panelling around, and therefore the existing GCA contained within, the right hand garage before having established whether this may or may not be lawful. Nor is the disputed condition necessary to make this development acceptable as, for the reasons given above, it would not be in conflict with the provisions and objectives of LP policy F1.
