Please provide the following information in relation to Highways ’s A5036 Port of Access Scheme:

1) Details of any meetings which have taken place on this subject between representatives of Merseytravel with Peel Ports Ltd in the past two years. This should include copies of agendas for those meetings and accompanying minutes.

2) Details of any correspondence on this subject between representatives of Merseytravel and Peel Ports Ltd that have been exchanged over the past 2 years. This should include letters, emails and any associated documentation.

After consulting with relevant officers and carrying out searches of records held, Merseytravel can confirm that no meetings or correspondence has taken place with Peel Ports in relation to Highways England’s A5036 Access Scheme.
