Accelerating Discovery in Atlantic Canada ACEnet is the only regionally focused organization that facilitates research, education and innovation for researchers and organizations in Atlantic Canada through the provision of advanced computing resources and expertise. $$$ ACEnet Research Fellowship Program $$$ Stay tuned! ACEnet will be offering Research Fellowships commencing in 2015. These awards are designed to further research projects that utilize ACEnet’s advanced computing resources and are open to students in any discipline who are attending one of ACEnet’s member universities. Graduate students will be eligible for a $20,000 award over two years and undergraduate students $4000 for a four-month term. Graduate students will minimally require matching funds, while undergrads will need at least $2000 in additional funds committed from either their research supervisor or the student’s home institution. The program, still under development, will be formally launched in October, 2014. Deadline for submissions will be January 31, 2015.
