New elements: • All parties must sign the document but original signatures are not compulsory any more (scanned copies or digital signatures acceptable) • Changes to the original learning agreement must be confirmed by all parties – approval by email is sufficient • Language competence • 3 parties signing • Responsible person in the sending institution = academic who has the authority to approve the mobility programme and to guarantee full recognition • Responsible person in the receiving institution = academic who has the authority to approve the mobility programme and to give academic support • All elements in one document (before, during, after)
