A Tunbridge Wells Bibliography Sue Brown Although the history of the town of Tunbridge Wells only goes back to the 17th century, its popularity as a spa town has generated a surpris- ing amount of literature – from monographs on the efficacy of its min- eral waters to periodical articles on its Victorian architecture. This bibliography aims to be as comprehensive as possible, given the limitations of space.
