OLSON FOR CONGRESS COMMITTEE

Dear Friend:

Pete Olson, candidate for Congress in ’ 22 Congressional District, qualified for the run-off as a result of yesterday’s primary election in Texas. As you know, Texas’ 22 Congressional District is one of the most Republican districts in the state (voting 64% for President Bush in 2004) — AND - it represents one of the most promising opportunities for Republicans to win back a congressional seat.

We believe the candidate best equipped to face Congressman is , and we ask you to join us in supporting his run-off effort.

Olson brings years of public serviceto the table — he servedfor nine years as a Naval aviator, receiving numerous commendations. He was ultimately transferred to serve the Joint Chiefs of Staff in the Pentagon and was later assigned to be a Naval Liaison Officer in the US Senate. He continued his public service, working with Senator and as Senator ’s Chief of Staff. While he spent time in , his roots remained in Texas.

In addition to his military background, Olson is a common sense conservative with a strong sense of business, security, immigration, and life issues. He is philosophically aligned with the district and has the fundraising ability to stay competitive with his democratic opponent.

I hope you will join us in supporting Pete Olson in his runoff bid for the 221M1District. He is well-equipped to go toe-to-toe with the Democrats, both in the election and promoting conservative policies in Washington, D.C. We are asking that you join us in sending the maximum contributions of $5,000 per PACs and/or $2300 per individual to Olson’s campaign at the address below. You may also contribute online at www.peteolsonforcongress.com. The run-off is April 8, so time is of the essence.
