Press Credentials Press credentials are issued to members of the working media only. Adequate work space will be available in the Armstrong Stadium press box immediately following or during all softball contests. Credential Maurice Williams requests should be submitted via fax or by telephone to the Office of Sports Information to the attention SPORTS INFORMATION DIRECTOR of Maurice Williams in advance of the season or individual contests. In order to assist sports information, please make your credential request at least 24 hours in advance. All passes will be available in the HU Office of Sports Information located in Holland Hall, directly adjacent to Lady Pirates Field. Telephones There will be at least three working press box telephone lines for local or long distance calling in the Armstrong Stadium press box. These lines are available to the working media and/or members of the vis- iting sports information staff only. Press Parking Press parking is located in the Hampton University Convocation Center Parking Lot 11 or in Lot 12 (directly adjacent to the HU Convocation Center). Your parking pass (visitor or media) must be visible at all times in your car’s front windshield hanging from your rearview mirror. This lot serves as both an ath- letic staff and student lot, so early arrival to all contests is suggested. Press Box Service Final box scores and play-by-plays will be distributed to the media ten minutes following the completion of each contest. Updated Hampton statistics will be available in the Office of Sports Information 20 min- utes following each contest.
