Based on Article 391. of The Property Law and other Property Interests (Narodne novine no. 91/96., 68/98., 137/99., 22/00., 73/00., 114/01.,79/06., 141/06., 146/08., 38/09., 153/09. i 143/12.), Article 6.of the City Ordinance on Terms, Conditions and Procedures in Hadling and Governing Public Property owned by the City of Velika Gorica (Službeni glasnik GVG, no 2/2010.), Urban Developement Plan of Rakitovec Work Zone (Službeni glasnik GVG, no 3/05) and Ordinance of The City Council of Velika Gorica on selling real estate owned by the City of Velika Gorica in Rakitovec Work Zone CLASS: 021-04/2013-03/88, Ref. No.: 238-33-01-2013-01, June 22nd, 2013, announces

BID on selling realestate owned by the City of Velika gorica - Rakitovec Work Zone

1. Issue of the sale – real estate – building land in Rakitovec Work Zone:

2. All the paties interested will be shown a paricular plot listed under 1., and all the relevant documentation connected to the plot upon submitng a request

3. The main criteria for choosing the best bid is the highest price offered for m².

4. The bid can be enfered only by private persons and legal entities that have regisered their branch of industry or service and are ready to comply with the following conditions: - minimum size of the building must be no smaller than10% of the plot - maximum size of the building must not exceede 40% of the plot -the buyer agrees to obtain Location or/and Building Permit as stated by Law on Physical Planning (NN 153/13) and Building Act (NN 153/13) no latter than six months after signing preliminary contract on buying land, the afore stated deadline can be extended on the basis of objective reasons -Final contract is signed after the plot elaborate has been confirmed and verified -the real estate must be environmetaly safe in accordance with European standards. It should be completed and ready to work two years after signing the Contract . - when signing the preliminary contract, the buyer pays 10% of the price agreed on, and the rest will be paid after signing the final contract -if the buyer decides to sell the plot before it becomes functional in terms of providing stated industrial services the city of Velika Gorica assumes the right of pre-emption at the price the buyer paid to the city of Velika Gorica - the bidder that signs the contract is entitled to use all the benifits connected to building and aquiring neccessary equipment stated in the Normatives and Regulations of the City of Velika Gorica (utility taxes and utility fees)

5. The bid must contain: - name and correct address for persons: name and surname, personal identification number(OIB) and premanent residence address; for legal entities: name of the company personal identification number (OIB) and address - correct Land Registry plot number and mark of the plot bidded for - amount of money offered per m² - proof of bid security paid, number of direct transfer account or the number of current account for paying back the bid security amount

The bid must also contain - proof of ecconomic sector activities registred (registered certificate issued by court, Croatian Chamber of Traders and Crafts or similar) - Plan containing:  the size of the object built and dates of finishing the construction  name and scope of activity conducted  description of the process of conducting the econmic activity  estimated number of employees  waste disposal plan,  statement verified by the public notary confirming that the production or activity will be environmentaly safe and in accoradance with european standards

6. Bid Security: The biders are required to pay bid security on the City of Velika direct transfer account IBAN: HR95 23900011854100005, model 68, reference number 7706-OIB of the bidder paid for “bid security for buying real estate owned by the city of Velika Gorica – Rakitovec Work zone For the bidders selected, the bid security amount will be deducted from the total amount of the money paid If the highest bidder decides to withdraw from the bid before signing the preliminary contract he loses bid security and the money will not be paid back The city of Velika Gorica has the right to refrain from signing the contract with the bidder whose scope of activity is not in accordance with environmental standards, or the ones whose scope of activity harms the reputation, environment, law and order in Velika Gorica region, and the ones whose scope of activity and bids are not in accordance with terms and conditions stated in City Ordinance on Physical Planning of Rakitovec Work Zone (Službeni glasnik GVG 3/2005).

For all the other bidders the security bid amount will be payed back 15 days after selecting the highest bidder. 7. Bids and all the neccesary documents should be sent to:

Deadline for submitting the bid is 15 days after the bid has been pulished. Late or incomplete bids will not be considered valid. Public opening of the bids will be held in the premises of the City of Velika Gorica, Administrative department for entrepreneurship, investment and EU funds at the adress: Šetalište Franje Lučića 15, hall on the ground foor, on July 2th, 2015. at 12 p.m.. The bidders or their authorised representatives are welcome to come to the opening.

8. The decision on the highest bidder is reached by the Mayor as suggested by the Commitee for Conducting Real Estate Bids and Determening Construction Rights on the Real Estates Owned by the City of Velka Gorica. The Commitee reserves the right to decline all the bids. The Decision on the Highest bidder will be sent to all the bidders.
