*Please note that any payments made in relation to both the signal box and the Neighbourhood Plan are being made from grant funding and not from Parish Council funds.

d) Internal Audit: Members are required to made a decision on the appointment of an internal auditor for the 2015-16 financial year.

16. Procurement of External Auditors: Members are required to make a decision on whether or not to opt out of the new National Association of Local Councils arrangements for Parish Councils with a turnover exceeding £25,000. Notes provided in Clerk’s Report.

17. Rail Franchise Consultation: To receive a report from Cllr B Hession.
