Minister of Business and Trade Decision No. 161 of 2009 Establishing a Qatari Shareholding Company under the name of Qatar Exchange effective from 25/06/2009. Qatar Holding Company LLC, fully owned by Qatar Investment Authority and registered in accordance with Qatar Financial Centre Rules, establishes Qatar Exchange (Q.S.C.), an Article 68 Company pursuant to Commercial Companies Law No. 5 of 2002, as amended.

Decision of the Chairman of Qatar Financial Markets Authority No. 4 of 2010 Issuing the list for settlement of disputes arising from transactions relating to financial instruments by way of arbitration effective from 29/12/2010.

Emiri Decision No. 14 of 2011 Establishing the Anti-Doping Laboratory. The laboratory aims to fight doping in sports to protect the health and ethics of athletes, and to support the role of sport in moral, cultural and physical education.

Minister of Economy and Finance Decision No. 1 of 2011 On the Qatar Financial Centre Civil and Commercial Court Regulations and Procedural Rules. These Regulations and Procedural Rules apply to all proceedings before the Court including the Appeuate Division, and are intended to be a self-contained code for the administration of justice by the Court.

Minister of Economy and Finance Decision No. 2 of 2011 On the Qatar Financial Centre Civil and Commercial Tribunal Regulations and Procedural Rules. These Regulations and Procedural Rules apply to all appeals to the Regulatory Tribunal. In addition to the above, there have been various appointments of Ministers, ambassadors and law officers; companies have been established; and a number of treaties have been ratified.
