Project Signed for bridge reconstruction 29 September 2017 The Project for reconstruction of bridges on highway No. 4 (Gelephu-Trongsa Highway) successfully signed today between Department of Roads, MoWHS and Dai Nippon Construction (DNC), Tokyo, Japan under Japan's Grant Aid in presence of the consultants. Four bridges namely Passang Zam, Samkhara Zam and Beteini Zam under Sarpang Dzongkhag and Telegangchu Zam under Trongsa Dzongkhag will be reconstructed starting from October 2017. The construction for all the four bridges will be completed by January 2020.
