Park outside on the brick paved drive where there is space for multiple vehicles and step through the contemporary glass and stainless steel outer door into the porch. A further door leads into the smart entrance hall.

Golden, engineered oak flooring flows underfoot and a super useful coats cupboard is straight ahead with the smartly fitted cloakroom just on the right. The bespoke kitchen is great. Solid oak base and wall units with stainless steel bar handles are fitted in a ‘u’ shape to one side of the room and all have soft close doors. Super clever Blum corner drawers are simply brilliant and these are also found in the bottom section of the larder cupboards. Try one and find out how it works!

A Stoves range cooker that would not look out of place on Masterchef, has two ovens, slow cooker and a gas hob and a fabulous extractor hood sweeps up the wall behind. Other integrated appliances on this side of the room include a Siemens dishwasher and microwave and elegant solid granite worktops and splash-backs finish things off beautifully.

The far side of the room has been fitted wall to wall with larder cupboards and a full height fridge and freezer by Liebherr, meaning that storage capacity is the best it can be! This is the most comprehensively equipped kitchen we have seen in a long time!

Walk down the curved, hand-made oak staircase and yet another spacious and lovely reception room opens out in front of you. This is a central point from where the rest of the rooms in the house lead off and this extra space is perfect if you have guests, older children or a dependent relative. Another set of patio doors take you out to the terrace and garden beyond.
