Information on all aspects of elections in State — registration and enrollment, outcomes of state elections in 2010, and features the latest maps of Congressional and state legislative districts.

Highlights • Voter registrations in New York State exceeded 11.9 million in 2012, up from 11.5 million in 2011. • 7.1 million New Yorkers voted in the 2012 Presidential election, 605,235 more than in 2008. • In 2012, 49.4 percent of registered voters in New York State were enrolled as Democrats, 24 percent were enrolled as Republicans, and 20.7 percent were not enrolled in any party. • In the 2010 New York State gubernatorial election, Andrew Cuomo received 61 percent of the votes. Carl Paladino received 32.5 percent of the votes.
