TNCP activities supported by funding from ’s Play Enabling Grant, The Big Lottery via IVE Shaping Creative Futures Project, and Leeds United Foundation and Utilita

Please note that we are no longer able to offer any of our activities for free from the end of this year due to limited funding. If you would struggle to pay full costs for our activities then we ask that you make a smaller donation instead to secure your booking. Suggested donations will be included on the publicity for each event, and can be made online via our local giving page. As a good will gesture before charges and donations become applicable to all in 2019, we will be offering all of our activities in October half term FREE of charge.

If you have already registered as a member click ‘Sign in’ in the top right hand corner of the website. If you have forgotten your password, click ‘Forgot your password?’ and instructions will be emailed to you to re set your password.

STEP 2: Book Activities, Events and Trips. Once logged in you can view the calendar of events by clicking ‘book events.’ You can also access events by going to the ‘Children and Young People’ section of our website and then click on ‘Events’ in the drop down menu. If you are using your mobile phone or an iPad to book events, you can access the ‘Child and Young People’ section by clicking on the three lines in the top left hand corner. You can click on the event titles to find out more about each event. When you see an activity you want to book, click on the event and then on the ‘Book Now’ icon to add it to your basket. You will need to select which members of your family will be attending the event by clicking on the drop down and selecting children and/or parents/carers. Then click ‘Submit’. You will then see a summary with three options: 1) ‘Checkout’ 2) ‘View Basket’ or 3) ‘Book More’. You can select several events before checking out.

STEP 3: Pay or Request Help with Payment. You can pay online via PayPal or debit/credit card. If you would like to pay via debit/credit card, select the option ‘Proceed to PayPal’ and click on ‘check out as guest’ and you will be given the option to pay with a card.

Alternatively, if you need any help with payment due to your financial circumstances please select ‘Apply for help with payment’ and then to finalise your booking you will need to click on ‘Place Order’. You may need to scroll to the bottom of your computer/phone screen to see this button. To check existing orders, you can click on ‘Profile’, which will always display at the top of the screen no matter what page you are on. Then click on ‘My Orders’.
