At 11:08 p.m. Sheikh Fayyaz-ud-Din, MNA belonging to PML(N) invited attention of the Chair towards lack of quorum, the count was made, the House was not found in order. At. 11:11 a.m. Hon. Speaker suspended the proceedings of the House till the completion of quorum. The House re-assembled at 11:33 a.m.

“That the National Assembly resolves to Resolution adopted extend the National Accountability (Amendment) Ordinance, 2021 (V of 2021) for a further period of one hundred and twenty days w.e.f. 9-06-2021, under proviso to sub-paragraph (ii) of paragraph (a) of clause (2) of Article 89 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.”

5. MR. ZAHEER-UD-DIN BABAR AWAN, Left over Adviser to the Prime Minister on Parliamentary Affairs to lay before the National Assembly the Elections (Second Amendment) Ordinance, 2021 (No. XI of 2021), as required by clause (2) of Article 89 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. 6. DR. MUHAMMAD FAROGH Left over NASEEM, Minister for Law and Justice to lay before the National Assembly the Protection of Parents Ordinance, 2021 (XII of 2021), as required by clause (2) of Article 89 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

SHEIKH RASHID AHMED, Minister for Left over Interior to introduce a Bill to amend the Pakistan Penal Code, 1860 and the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 [The Criminal Laws (Amendment) Bill, 2021]. 8. MR. ZAHEER-UD-DIN BABAR AWAN, Left over Adviser to the Prime Minister on Parliamentary Affairs to introduce a Bill to provide for the establishment of Healthcare Facilities Management Authority [The Islamabad Healthcare Facilities Management Authority Bill, 2021].

SHAUKAT FAYAZ AHMED Left over TARIN, Minister for Finance and Revenue to lay before the National Assembly the Report of 2nd Biannual Monitoring on the Implementation of 7th NFC Award (January-June, 2020), under clause (3B) of Article 160 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

10. MR. SHAUKAT FAYAZ AHMED Left over TARIN, Minister for Finance and Revenue to move that the Bill further to amend the Loans for Agricultural, Commercial and Industrial Purposes Act, 1973 in its application to such areas in the Federation as are not included in any province [The Loans for Agricultural, Commercial and Industrial Purposes (Amendment) Bill, 2019], as reported by the Standing Committee, be taken into consideration at once. 11. MR. MR. SHAFQAT MAHMOOD, to move Left over that the Bill to reconstitute National College of Arts [The National College of Arts Institute Bill, 2020], be passed.

At 12:17 p.m. Syed Agha Rafiullah, MNA belonging to PPPP invited attention of the Chair towards lack of quorum, the count was made, the House was not in order. At. 12:23 p.m. Hon. Speaker prorogue the session.

At 12:23 p.m. Honourable Speaker read out the Prorogation Order signed by the President of Pakistan to prorogue the National Assembly.
