I am happy to report that the 2019 PVDA Ride for Life was a huge success! Over $50,000 was raised in support of the Johns Hopkins University Breast Center and PVDA is rounding up the total to $60,000! Thank you to all of the riders who raised money and the many sponsors, donors and volunteers who made it happen! We couldn’t have done it without you. Donna Gatchell was the recipient of the first annual Patricia Artimovich Trophy, presented to the Fundraiser Mu- sical Freestyle participant who raises the most money. All of the fun freestyles were wonderful and it was great to see the costumes and dedication that went into the performances. A very special thank you to everyone who participated! The following High Pledge awards were presented to the participants who raised the highest amount of donations in each of the following categories. Winners received coolers (donated by County Saddlery), leather halters (do- nated by Marcia Mia) or saddle pads & polo wraps (donated by Patricia Artimovich).
