CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. The competition is open to motor cars, motorcycles, three-wheel and commercial vehicles registered before
August 1978. 2. Completed entry forms (with STAMPED ADDRESSED ENVELOPE and a suggested donation of £6 which includes entry to the site) should be sent to: Buckinghamshire Railway Centre Station Road Quainton Bucks HP22 4BY If you would like to pay by Bank Transfer, our bank details are: Quainton Railway Society, Account Number: 70736023, Sort Code: 20-03-18. Please put your Name and Pre-78 as the reference. Any enquiries, please call us on 01296 655720. 3. Vehicles must be in position at Quainton Road Station by 10.00 on Monday 30th August 2021. Vehicles must be insured, taxed, and driven to the site. Judging will commence at 13.00. The Presentations will take place at approximately 15.00. 4. Quainton Railway Society Ltd cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to or by vehicles or their occupants; nor for any accident in which a vehicle or occupants may be involved whilst on its site. Dogs are
allowed but must be on a lead at all times.
5. The winners will hold the Trophies for one year ONLY.
