SEASON TICKET Festival Verdi 2014 season ticket holders have first option to buy Festival Verdi 2015 season ticket from 12 to 21 May 2015 for stall, box and balcony seats. 2015 Opera season ticket holders have first option to the new Verdi Festival 2015 season ticket on sale on 22 and 23 May 2015. New season tickets are on sale on 26 and 27 May at the box office of Teatro Regio di Parma. On the first day it will be possible to buy a maximum of two season tickets per person. Bookings are accepted upon request, via fax of e-mail, for organized tours. Seats will be assigned subject to availability at time of purchase. Festival Verdi 2015 season ticket holders will have first option to buy a Festival Verdi 2016 season ticket under terms to be specified later.

TICKETS
Tickets for all the performances will be on sale at: - the box office of the Teatro Regio di Parma from 28 May 2015; - the online box office of Teatro Regio di Parma from 29 May 2015 on teatroregioparma.it Online purchases do not incur any additional fees. Booking requests are accepted, via fax or email, for organized groups. Places will be assigned subject to availability at time of purchase. Balcony standing will be on sale (a maximum of two per person) once the seating tickets are sold out, one hour prior to the start of the performance.
PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
Festival Verdi youth special Young people up to 30 years of age are entitled to a 50% reduction on all stalls and box season tickets and on all stalls and box performances (including non-season ticket ones) at the Teatro Regio di Parma. The promotion is valid subject to availability.
Under 30 Card For each of the performances of series B, C, and D, twenty free Under 30 Cards are reserved for young people up to the age of 30, which enables them to buy stalls and box tickets for € 20.00.
Festival Verdi Family special Young people up to 17, when accompanied by an adult family member purchasing the ticket, pay €15.00 for series D performances. The promotion is valid subject to availability.
Festival Verdi workers' special All workers who are unemployed or on unemployment benefits pay €15 for series D performance, after providing the relevant documentation. The promotion is valid subject to availability.

GENERAL INFORMATION AND REGULATIONS
Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Spectators must have a ticket or season ticket card to show to theatre staff, who may request information about any promotions. Should a season ticket holder not bring his card, he/she will need to purchase a € 5.00 admission ticket.
In the event of the season ticket card being stolen or lost, duplicates are not issued. The ticket season holder needs to bring to the Teatro Regio box office a self-certification declaring the theft or loss.
Tickets are valid exclusively for the date shown on them. It is not possible to change performances.
Once the performance has started no-one is allowed to enter the theatre until the first interval.
No smoking is allowed on the Theatre premises. The use of electronic cigarettes is not encouraged.
The use of cameras and audio and video recording devices is not allowed in the theatre. Spectators must turn off cell phones and watches with a ring tone.
A cloakroom service is provided free of charge. Spectators are invited to deposit their coats, umbrellas, hats and bags On performance nights, a bookshop and a bar operate in Teatro Regio. “Tep Prontobus”, a dial-a-bus service, is available to theatre goers by calling toll-free number (from Italy) 800 977 900. At the end of the performance theatre staff are also available to contact Radio Taxis, ph. +39 0521 252562.
Teatro Regio di Parma is accessible by wheelchairs. From the theatre entrance a flat and straight route leads to the auditorium, in which row P has spaces set up for two wheelchairs and two companions. A lift gives access to the balcony, where in the first row there are also spaces set up for two wheelchairs and two companions. Please contact the theatre box office before accessing these places.
Theatre boxes are differentiated by price according to visibility.
The Teatro Regio di Parma ensures under Legislative Decree no. 196/03 the confidentiality of personal data and its exclusive use for communications regarding the activities of the theater itself.
At the Teatro Regio di Parma there may be TV crews and photographers with permission to do audio or visual recordings and take photographs before, during and after the performances. At the Teatro Regio di Parma TV crews and photographers may be present who are permitted to make audio or video recordings and take still photographs before, during and after performances. Such images may be disseminated in the media, on websites, or on television channels (information on Art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/03 Consolidated Privacy Act).
The Teatro Regio di Parma reserves the right to change assigned seats due to any unforeseen circumstances. The Teatro Regio di Parma also reserves the right to make changes to the pogramme if deemed necessary.
