Puppies under six calendar months of age on the first day of the show are not eligible for exhibition. However, Kennel Club registered puppies of 6 GOLDEN OLDIES £ 5 MANS BEST FRIEND (YOU AND YOUR DOG) £ any Terrier Breed at this show, between the ages of 4 and 6 calendar months on the day of the show, will be admitted to the show provided they are 7 UP TO MISCHIEF £ entered Not for Competition and the details of each dog recorded on an entry form in the correct manner. 6 GOLDEN OLDIES £ 22. The Committee of the show can accept no responsibility for products advertised or sold by stand holders at the show and remind exhibitors that 8 ACTION SHOT £ grooming products in sale may not meet the requirements of the Regulations for the Preperation of Dogs for Exhibition. The Committee will be most anxious for the care and safety of all dogs entered for exhibition and for any property entrusted to it, but it must be TOTAL distinctly understood by exhibitors and all other persons that the Committee will not be responsible for the entire or partial loss, or detention of, or 8 ACTION SHOT £ damage to any dog or person for any cause whatsoever, nor for any act or omission of themselves, their officers, servants, agents and others, and it is on this understanding only that entries are accepted. Address: DEFINITIONS OF CLASSES Name: In the following definitions, a Challenge Certificate includes any Show award that counts towards the title of Champion under the Rules of any governing body recognised by the Kennel Club. Postcode:Address: Wins at Championship Shows in breed classes where Challenge Certificates are not on offer shall be counted as wins at Open Shows. In the case of a dog owned in partnership and entered in Members' classes or competing for Members' Specials each partner must at the time of entry be TelPostcode: Nos: Email : a member of the Society. In estimating the number of awards won, all wins up to and including the seventh day before the date of closing of postal entries shall be counted when Tel Nos: Email : entering for any class i.e. Monday, 6th September 2021. Wins in Variety classes do not count for entry in Breed classes but when entering for Variety classes, wins in both Breed and Variety classes must be counted. A First Prize does not include a Special Prize of whatever value. If an exhibitor reports before the judging of a class or classes that a dog has been entered which is ineligible, the exhibitor may choose one of the following options:- (1) Withdrawal The dog may be withdrawn from competition subject to the conditions of Regulation F(1)19. (2) Transfer a) If a dog is ineligible for a class or classes as regards its breed, colour, sex, weight or height the Show Secretary shall transfer it to the equivalent class or classes for the correct breed, colour, sex, weight or height and, in the event of there being no equivalent class, Minor Puppy and Puppy excepted, to the Open class for the correct breed, colour, sex, weight or height. b) If an exhibit is entered incorrectly in a Minor Puppy class, Puppy class or Junior class, which is over age but under twelve calendar months of age, eighteen calendar months of age or twenty four calendar months of age respectively, the Show Secretary shall transfer the exhibit to the Puppy class, Junior class or Yearling class respectively for the correct breed, colour, sex, weight or height and in the event of there being no Puppy, Junior or Yearling class to the Open class for the correct breed, colour, sex, weight or height. c) For any reason other than the above, the Show Secretary shall transfer it to the Open class for the correct breed, colour, sex, weight or height. d) If an exhibit arrives late and misses a class, even if it is the only class in which the dog is entered, the dog may not be transferred to any other class. PUPPY For dogs of six and not exceeding twelve calendar months of age on the first day of the Show. YEARLING For dogs of twelve and not exceeding twenty-four calendar months of age on the first day of the Show. POST GRADUATE For dogs which have not won a Challenge Certificate/CACIB/CAC/Green Star or five or more First Prizes at Championship Shows in Post Graduate, Minor Limit, Mid Limit, Limit and Open classes, whether restricted or not where Challenge Certificates were offered for the breed. LIMIT For dogs which have not become show Champions under The Kennel Club Regulations or under the rules of any governing body recognised by The Kennel Club, or won 3 or more CC/CACIB/CAC/Green Stars, or won 7 or more First Prizes in all at Championship Shows in Limit or Open Classes confined to the Breed, whether restricted or not at Shows where Challenge Certificates were offered for the breed. OPEN For all dogs of the breeds for which the class is provided and eligible for entry at the Show. VETERAN For dogs of not less than seven years of age on the first day of the Show. SPECIAL BEGINNERS For dogs and handlers who have not won a Challenge Certificate. SPECIAL A.V. VULNERABLE TERRIER BREEDS For Terrier breeds listed on the Kennel Club Vulnerable Breeds list for 2020 (Bull Terrier (Miniature), Dandie Dinmont Terrier, Fox Terrier (Smooth), Glen of Imaal Terrier, Kerry Blue Terrier, Lakeland Terrier, Manchester Terrier, Norwich Terrier, Sealyham Terrier, Skye Terrier, Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier). SPECIAL CHAMPION STAKES For dogs which have been confirmed a Champion or Show Champion under Kennel Club Regulations or under the rules of any governing body recognised by the Kennel Club. SPECIAL RBOB STAKES For all RBOB winners on the day of the show. ADVISORY NOTICE NOT FOR COMPETITION Societies may at their discretion, accept Not for Competition entries. Societies may accept such entries from breeds of dog not included within the title of the Society and at Shows held over more than one day, such entries may be accepted on any day from any breed.

• DIRECTIONS TO THE VENUE • From the M20 East. Leave at Junction 6. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A229. Follow the A229 by taking the 2nd exit on the following three roundabouts. At the gyratory take the 2nd exit on to the A20 following signs for . Keep to the left lane, take the first left into Barkers Road. From the M20 West. Leave at Junction 7. At the roundabout take 1st exit onto the A249, following the A249 take the 2nd exit and then the 1st exit at the next two roundabouts. At the traffic lights bear right on the one way system, keep in the left hand lane and bear left, over the lights onto Knightriders Street, at the next lights turn right onto the A229, at the “Archbishops Palace” lights bear left onto Bishops Way. At the gyratory take the 1st exit onto the A20 and keep in the left hand lane, turn left into Barkers Road.
