P Mountlake In 2009, Sound Transit opened the 15.6-mile Link line Terrace from downtown Seattle to Sea-Tac Airport. This line P Shoreline also serves Seattle’s SODO industrial area and the P 145th Beacon Hill and Rainier Valley neighborhoods. About P Northgate Roosevelt 30,000 passengers ride the train every weekday. Downtown U District Redmond University of Redmond SE Redmond Fast, frequent, reliable Washington P Overlake Transit Center Link trains offer two-way, rapid service 20 hours each day. Trains Overlake Village 130th leave every seven to eight minutes during peak periods and 120th Hospital every 10 minutes during midday and evening hours. Capitol Hill Downtown Bellevue Light rail trains operate in their own right of way and provide Westlake Bellevue a 36-minute ride between Sea-Tac Airport and downtown University Street East Main Seattle First Hill South Seattle. Each light rail car comfortably carries about 200 riders, Pioneer Square Bellevue P International District/Chinatown including those standing. P Stadium Rainier Mercer Island University Link SODO Beacon Hill University Link, currently under construction, will extend light rail Mount Baker from Westlake Station in downtown Seattle to Capitol Hill and the Columbia City University of Washington. Conceptual image of University of Washington Station Tacoma Link Tacoma Link is a 1.6-mile line running between the Tacoma Dome Station and downtown Tacoma. It opened for service in August 2003, and serves the University of Washington’s Tacoma campus, the Washington State History Museum, the Museum of Glass, the Convention Center, downtown offices and the Broadway Theater District. At the Tacoma Dome Station, the line connects to a major regional transportation hub that includes Sounder commuter trains and local Expanding Link east, south and north and regional buses operated by Sound Transit and Pierce Transit. In 2008, voters approved the expansion of light rail to Lynnwood Tacoma Link’s six stations are served by modern 66-foot-long air- in the north, Overlake in Redmond to the east and south of conditioned vehicles.
