Since 1994 has worked as attorney-at-law and trademark attorney in the intellectual property field and has dealt with out-of-court proceedings, litigation and given legal advice related to trademarks, software, domain names, internet issues, , copyright and unfair competition. Has negotiated license, franchising, know-how, patent, R&D, intellectual property and information technology agreements.

Has provided legal advice for domain name and trademark conflicts. Has been involved in several out-of-court and court proceedings relating to domain name and trademark issues.
