Founded in 2017, the children’s technopark ITMO.KIDS is a career guidance center for kids aged 8 to 14.
Through fun and games, they can learn about the professions of the future and start their career paths in many of the university’s key areas: robotics, optics, bioinformatics, videogames and animation, nanotechnology, entrepreneurship, etc. A notable part of ITMO.KIDS is the famed ITMO University Museum of Optics, which hosts a collection of optoclones and holograms. “Dream Big” is another career guidance project for school students and future ITMO applicants aged 15 and up.
