Feock has long been regarded as an immensely sought after location – one of the most exclusive in Cornwall with considerable justification. Ideally positioned between the cathedral city of Truro and the famous Port of Falmouth (approximately 7 miles), the land directly fronts the Carrick Roads (Fal Estuary) which offers supreme day sailing waters and deep water moorings (subject to application to the Harbour Master).
Nearby Penpol and Restronguet Creeks are outstanding locations for bird watching, being tidal, as well as for sailing, and there are enchanting creekside walks in the immediate area to the creekside village of Devoran a mile or so to the west, with excellent village inn or, to the east through the village of Feock to the beautiful gardens of the Trelissick Estate – owned by the National Trust and one of the best in Cornwall.
The King Harry Ferry, about 2½ miles away at Trelissick brings the Roseland Peninsula so much nearer, enabling very easy visits to St Mawes, Portscatho, St Just-in-Roseland with its picturesque historic church and subtropical flora.
FURTHER INFORMATION
There is a right of way over the road down to the water’s edge and a right for the owner of the woodland to use the slipway for pleasure purposes with access to the beach. It has been covenanted that no boats or other craft should be laid on the slipway and that the slipway will not be obstructed. It was further agreed that the owners of the woodland would not be obliged to clear away stones, seaweed or debris washed onto the slipway by wind or tide.

RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS
A 1956 Conveyance contains a covenant not to use the woodland at any time for the purpose of a caravan or camping site or other form of holiday camp or site.
THE LAND
Offered for sale for the first time in very many years, this area of woodland has direct waterfrontage to the Fal Estuary. The site extends to about 3.7 acres and is dense well established mixed woodland which is protected by a Tree Preservation Order (a copy of which is contained in these details).
We anticipate interest from a wide range of buyers in view of the exceptional scarcity of such freehold sites anywhere in the environs of Feock, let alone near Restronguet Point and fronting the Carrick Roads. In the past years similar opportunities have attracted a great deal of interest albeit they have been exceptionally few and far between.
