Details of the proposed changes

NOTICE is hereby given that South Gloucestershire District Council proposes to make an order under sections 84(1) and (2) of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended the effect of which will be:

1) introduce a 30 miles per hour speed limit on the length of road specified in Schedule 1 to this Notice;

2) introduce a 40 miles per hour speed limit on the lengths of road specified in Schedule 2 to this Notice;

3) introduce a 50 miles per hour speed limit on the lengths of road specified in Schedule 3 to this Notice;

4) to vary the orders specified in Schedule 4 to this Notice to facilitate the provisions of the proposed order.
