Young Writers from Wadham Published! As part of their Dystopian Unit in English, many Year 9 and 10 pupils were given the chance to compete in a national 100-word writing competition with the prize of £100, a set of Malorie Blackman books and a trophy. A huge number of Wadham contestants are now through to the next round, which includes having their entries published in a book, which will be available in the school Library in the near future. If your child was successful in their entry, they will receive a letter which requires your confirmation that publication of their story can go ahead, by February 21st 2020. After this, publication begins and the final 5 winners are chosen! Well done everyone!
