Byrum Bittel The Electric Cooperative Leadership Camp was a great learning experi- ence for me and all who attended. I learned a lot about the cooperatives and had fun along the way. One of the highlights of the trip was being elected to the cooperative board of directors. Being a board member taught me to understand how our local cooperative, Victory Electric, works. It does take time and there are a lot of decisions to be made. White water rafting was an experience I may have never thought was possible. But it was possible, and I made down the river even though my boat dominated the water fight.
