The Rowan University campus-to-campus shuttle, which runs between the Glassboro and Camden campuses, can be a useful resource for students needing to reach Philadelphia or those needing to connect to other area transit options. The Rowan University campus-to-campus shuttle is free to all students with valid student ID (see campus-to-campus shuttle schedule for times and dates of operation). The shuttle stops at the Camden campus, just two blocks from the Walter Rand Transportation Center, where a multitude of public transit options are easily accessible. Transit options from WRTC include:

• Bus lines offered by: NJ Transit, Greyhound, Transit Authority, and Pureland Shuttle • PATCO service to Center City Philadelphia • River Line light rail service to Trenton

Directions from WRTC (527 Martin Luther King Blvd., Camden, NJ 08103) to 30th Street Station (2955 Market St, Philadelphia, PA 19104) via PATCO

1. The PATCO Broadway Station (100 South Broadway, Camden, NJ 08103) is located directly across the street from the Walter Rand Transportation Center. Once inside Broadway Station, machines inside will allow you to purchase a single ($1.40) or round trip ($2.80) ticket. Keep in mind that the PATCO train platform is underground, connecting Broadway Station to Walter Rand Transportation Center, where PATCO tickets and entry to the platform are also available.

2. Once you have made your way to the PATCO train platform, board a westbound train to get to Philadelphia.

3. To use PATCO to get to 30th Street Station in Philadelphia, there are several options:

• WALK: Get off the PATCO train at 15th/16th and Locust Station, using your ticket to exit, and walk to 30th Street Station (approximately 1.1 miles)

• SEPTA: Get off the PATCO train at 8th and Market Station, using your PATCO ticket to exit. Looking toward the left when you exit PATCO, follow signs posted in the station to make your way you to SEPTA lines located inside. Then, purchase a separate ticket ($2.50) to board the SEPTA Market Frankford Line. After using your purchased ticket to enter SEPTA, follow signs to the westbound platform. Then, board the SEPTA train, and ride to the 30th Street stop, which is adjacent to 30th Street Station. When you exit the SEPTA platform at 30th Street, follow the signs posted to make your way to the exit nearest to 30th Street Station. Once you exit onto the street, 30th Street Station is an approximately one minute walk.

• TAXI: Alternatively, you may wish to get off at the 15th/16th and Locust PATCO station, using your ticket to exit. Then, you may use a taxi, Uber, Lyft, or similar car service to get to 30th Street Station, which is an approximately 10 minute car ride away.
