1. Clause 6 (3.1) (c) of Regulation 718 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding “of Ontario” at the end. 2. (1) Section 14 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following subsection: (1.1) BottleWorks is exempt from subsection 10 (5) of the Act and section 20 of this Regulation if it is acting under an agreement with Beau’s All Natural Brewing Company Ltd. to deliver the liquor of that company for a charitable purpose. (2) Subsection 14 (1.1) of the Regulation is revoked. 3. Paragraphs 1 and 2 of section 15 of the Regulation are revoked and the following substituted: 1. The licence holder shall purchase liquor only from a government store or a store authorized under the Liquor Control Act for the sale of spirits, beer or wine and only as agent for another person who is legally entitled to purchase liquor. 2. The licence holder shall not purchase liquor from a government store or a store authorized under the Liquor Control Act for the sale of spirits, beer or wine before receiving an order from a person who is legally entitled to purchase liquor. 4. Clause 21 (2) (a) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted: (a) state that the licence holder is licensed by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario to deliver liquor from a government store or a store authorized under the Liquor Control Act for the sale of spirits, beer or wine to a person’s residence; 5. Section 23.1 of the Regulation is amended by adding “of Ontario” after “Alcohol and Gaming Commission” Commencement 6. (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed. (2) Subsection 2 (2) comes into force on the day that is 15 months after the day this Regulation is filed.
