Councilmember Wallace noted that the Parks, Arts, and Library Services Board met on June 25 and recommended approval of youth sports agreements for basketball and volleyball. He added that the Board of Adjustment was still having quorum issues. Councilmember Hayden stated the Environmental Conservation Commission had discussed a Town land trust and environmental policies.
