Off-site financial supervision of Tunisian banks and their compliance with the regulation: examination of banks’ financial conditions particularly the prudential standards recommended by the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (Capital Adequacy Ratio; Credit, Operational and Market Risks; Share and evolution of Non-performing loans, Provisions for loan losses, banks’ compliance to the rules, internal control system...etc.) 2. Participation in the realization of banking regulations aiming the modernization of the banking system: I participated in many modernization projects like, the reform of the Tunisian banking law, the preliminary works related to the implementation of the Basel II accords, the realization of the first written banking internal control system regulation...etc. 3. International Cooperation Agency) when I lived in Japan. These activities aimed to initiate Japanese volunteers on countries of destination customs and local language.
