Leadership development The success of these programmes has led to further discussions about the benefits of the peer-led youth leadership model of Jewish youth groups and how this might be adapted to meet the needs of youth in Ghana. In March 2019, Jawol Vera Magan, YEfL’s Director, came to the UK to meet and learn with and from the British Jewish Youth Movements.
