The Curator of Intestate Estates hereby revokes that part of Gazette Notice No. 203/2009 (published in Gazette No. 58 of 2009 on 10th June 2009) that purports to determine the distribution of the personalty estate of the late Hammerstein Deiye. A determination of the distribution of the personalty estate of the late Hammerstein Deiye will now be a matter for the Nauru Lands Committee.
