Camp Luther Family, The reality of the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation is affecting our state, country, and world. In this time when fear and anxiety can begin to consume us, God's Word remains an unchanging comfort. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. -Romans 8:38-39 While these days may be difficult, frustrating, and uncertain, one day we will experience God's Glory that will far outweigh our present circumstances! And while we wait for that day, we know that nothing - NOTHING - will ever separate us from God's love! The following edition of The Breeze was written before the reality of COVID-19 had fully hit our state. We pray that the retreats and programs included will proceed as scheduled. All communication regarding COVID-19 including any changes to Camp’s programming will be communicated on our website, campluther.com/covid19. You can also find a video update from me there. We know that our God is faithful, “a very present help in trouble” (Psalm 46:1). And we know that He is present in this situation and will use it for His glory.

God Bless,

Gary “Woody” Vought Executive Director
